AT&T Prepaid Phone card with Mobile Payments.

Hey so I have this PrePaid phone card from AT&T for nearly 2 years now it has 10 bucks on it and I want to know if I can put it into League through the mobile payments system. I'm sorry if this is dumb or uninformed but I want to mystery gift a friend a skin.
