[SUGGESTION] Donate lots of IP for a Mystery Skin in return

I think there are other people in my situation where you have so many IP and you have nothing to do with them.

So why can't we donate MANY IP to get 1 mystery skin in return?, we make one of our friend happy and we get something cool as result. A fine deal isn't it?

Let's say you can donate 6300 IP (the cost of new champions) to a friend: • He have enough IP to buy a champion • You get a Mystery skin
