Ult Idea

So after I played Call of Duty I transferred over to play Battle Field 3. The biggest difference I found was the bullet drop while sniping. To actually be a good sniper you had to take distance, angle, your initial height and bullet speed into account to actually be of any use. Recently I saw an ult across the map and then it hit me, why not add "arrow drop time" to an Ult.

Hold your down votes friends. I do not think she needs a new ult or anything, just using her for reference. Lets say we change the ult but it remains a skill shot, but there is no indicator onto where it will land. The Ult will have a power meter for how strong you want it to fly, and an angle. This angle will allow one of two options: the Ult will either travel really far or if you want it shot almost vertically it will take a while to land.

But doing changes like this while also having no indicator on where it would land would be very difficult, that is why I propose we make this Ult do true damage on impact. It can also affect Dragon or Baron so a truly skilled player can steal it from base.

Now as how it will level up I think the higher the level the more true damage like 500/800/1200 (+30%AD). Now this seems like high amount of True damage and is OP but is has counter play. To use the Ult you have to stand still while making the power and angle level plus which direction you want. So using it in a team fight will get you killed and the ult goes on cool-down (maybe 100/90/80 seconds ,it is powerful so high cool-down but difficult to land so low enough to be useful). You could always just shoot from base but your team would be in a 4 v 5 so unless you can hit everyone (Explosion does only 30% damage of first target hit) then you would lose the team fight.

I do not know If something like this could be implemented by Riot due to how many conditions just one move has, but seeing how has a condition on his ult (must be Mega to use the active) or how can not use any of his other moves (Besides Ult) without a solider first. Maybe this ult could be given to a champion we already have.
