New Champ sale thoughts

So I am posting this here as I didn't know where specifically to target and i'm sorry if this has been brought up before. I have been playing League for several years and invested much time and money into it. I have for almost 2 years now had every champ and maxed out the number of rune pages i can have. i have since accrued a vast amount of IP. i think it would be a cool incentive for those who have amassed an abundance of IP to be able to purchase the "new champ" bundle for the first 24-48 hrs using a giant lump sum of IP, say 25k-40k and unlock the skin as well. i can't imagine it would hurt too much for RP sales as i'm sure not many players have that much ip sitting around. I would love to see all skins purchasable w/ IP but i know that is a reach and will never happen so i propose this as just a small recognition to those who have invested so much as to have every champ because lets face it... they either played enough to make the game it is or at the very least spent a large amount of their paycheck to collect everyone.
