when will this ever get addressed?

lemme give u a scenario (this didnt happen, but god forbid it does)

say one of these intentional feeders (thats what u call someone who keeps running down lane spamming laugh and standing under their turret) gets in a game with you your bot lane says "what kind of dumbass intentionally feeds" you say "only idiots" *feeder proceeds to go 2/23 (because he ks's kills, or maybe ks's some minions from you on the way in)

in this situation, the bot gets punished, so do you, but the guy who ran down mid 23+ times

he is fine

and this my friends, is a problem that needs to be addressed
