When are we getting that ranked balance?

I have apprx. a 52 percent winrate and I was just paired with an individual who had a 20% winrate... I had gone on a 3 win streak prior to this. I mean I'm not saying every game I've played today has been like this. The guy was obviously fresh out of his placements. 10 ranked games outside of them. Just the shear amount of rage induced by this. I was able to stay calm for about 40 minutes of the game but it was just kind of a kick in the teeth when the guy said "ohh btw I'm better in normals than ranked". I tried to be nice. I was like maybe you should do normals. I would have said bots but I didn't wanna be super mean. ==

I'm not saying I should not __be placed with bronze players but there has to be a limit... :/

Just looked, the guy is in another ranked match. With other people with relatively stable.

Could we not place new players outside of matches that have silver players with a relatively stable winrate?

Enemy team winrates- 50% s5 47% s5 50% s4 46% s5 50% b1 (currently 1 win from his promotion) MMR total 1169 His team winrates- 50% b1 18% b1 (guess who) 55% s4 49% s5 52% s5 MMR 1158 (how?)

Kk my rant is done... This isn't an elo hell rant because this is a pretty rare occurrence for me. == When it does happen its just... frustrating. I feel sorry for the people on his team. ==

I'm also not saying that's why we lost. I kind of tanked mentally about 40 minutes into the game. z.z
