Now that Worlds is over...

Now that Worlds is over shouldn't the Harrowing start right away. I am like most people that the Harrowing event should be pre-Halloween. Riot has a perfect opportunity to start the event today on Halloween to make customers that feel the same as me HAPPY. I will still be waiting on the event to start as I would like to buy some packs to get legacy skins. However I am still disappointed with Riot not taking advantage of an opportunity.

Good job SKT T1 on winning worlds. You were definitely the favorites going into Worlds.
