Hunting down Rioters who would be up for Riot VS Community

DISCLAIMER: RIGHT NOW I HAVE NO GAME PLANNED. I'M HUNTING DOWN RIOTERS WHO WOULD BE UP FOR IT.

Thinking about finding a good number of Rioters who would be down for it. Before announcing and finding a time that will work well for everyone. Would need a good way to contact the Rioters too... I don't know how yet. So to the Rioters: What would be a good way to contact you guys on demand? Skype group, email, etc? (I don't plan on you guys posting your info on Boards though.)
