IP cost of champs

when the cash shop got reworked it sounded like as new champs came out older champs would go down into the next price bracket... around 10 or so new champs have come out since then and i have yet to see any older champs go down in price.

Lol, then you weren't paying attention. When Bard came out, Ziggs was dropped in price. When Ekko comes out, it's Nautilus and Shyvana. I can get you the whole list.
