Riot, since when do you charge IP for an item

Seriously. 1350 for a walking GA isn't gonna cut it. Every time Zilean is on my team I curse this game for sticking me on a team with an item. I'd rather buy a GA and save an item spot ffs. Especially after his change where his only other use is a hard skillshot.
