Will we ever see a mechanically intensive tank?

I'm not talking about mechanically intensive bruisers that are built tanky. I mean a champion built to be be a tank that also happens to be mechanically intensive.

Sion is 100% cone/aoe/skillshot. You can literally whiff his entire kit.

Maybe the new Taric rework?

Depends on what you define as mechanically intensive, there's several... interpretations.

Skillshot dependent? Sion, and to some extend Sejuani (ult is very rewarding when landed properly, after all).

Combo champion, rather than faceroll?

Paragraph long abilities?

Or simply not braindead, easy to play?

I honestly don't know what you mean. Tanks aren't like assassins, where it's high risk and high reward. "True" tanks, which excludes bruisers, are generally champions that excel in teamwork and thrive off synergy rather than personal achievement (except when a patch breaks them, which has happened several times like every other class. Looking at you, Mummy).

It would be very interesting concept to have and I would like to see on, just for curiosity sake (not to say that other tanks don't need mechanical skill as well). However, if a full tank champion were to be mechanically difficult to play and master, it would make it hard to see play, as a potentially unreliable tank in a team isn't ideal and would most likely only be used in specific circumstances.
