Idea for sales

Well I was wondering why only ip sales?Why can't be rp sales I just can't afford rp when it comes to my favourite champ that I want to buy but only rp sales and I cant afford.So why can't be ip sales? Please make ip sales it would be lot cooler than rp sales.or make rp-ip sales.[slayer-jinx-wink]
