Despite all of Riot's Efforts and Claims

This is the kind of player that exists in far more numerous cases than Riot would care to admit. And of course, you submit you're report. But they're a premade and just enjoy abusing others. And you submit a ticket, and you get your automated response saying they will look into it, which they may or may not. But they won't tell you the results. Which is contrary to what they are claiming could occur in the future with notifications for people who submit reports. It's just more of the same.

These toxic players make ME want to rage, and be toxic. It's so offensive, vulgar and it happens far too frequently.

It's the same with streamers. They don't type it, but you watch people who stream and everything they say is the same. Vulgarity, obscenity, racial epitaphs. Does Riot care? They'll care as much as they are required to. But until I see legitimate efforts to permanently change the behavior of the playerbase (however a small percentage the actual number may be) the cycle will continue.

The very next game.

Your point being? Just report, mute, and move on.

And of course Riot can't change how a player acts, be it in game or IRL. That falls entirely on the person (and also Riot isn't concerned with how you act out of a game, just that nothing against the rules makes it into an observable part of the actual game)

If they get reported enough they get baned if they dont they dont. You coulda muted instead of making a as thread

I have no idea why this is being downvoted. This is a well thought out post with screenshots of the negative behavior. Only thing I would change is the whole 'does riot care' motif that's used too often.
