So when is that option to report queue trolls coming?

I've got 30 minutes to kill after being forced to dodge a last pick troll who held the game hostage pretty much because there was no way we were going to win with their pick and their refusal to go bot.

any word on when we will be able to actually do something about these people instead of making other people face the consequences simply because they don't want to play with a intentional troll/griefing teammate?
