Is it just me or do i get the most toxic players ever during my Promos/Series

No seriously i try to play my promos with a mor4e relaxed attitude to avoid a tilt. and i try to play to the best of my ability... but why is it that EVERY time i get a promo, i run into the most toxic people this game has to offer?

last game a blitz who spewed racial slurs all game and insulted everyone (muted about 10 minutes in, the unmuted 15 mins later to check on progress)

The game before that a duo group. One jayce fed really badly, his friend defended him sayng it was because i didnt Gank (which was untrue as id been mid 5 times and the ahri just backed off)... instead of just telling his ultra aggresive friend to play safely i was immediately to blame when i was a 3/0 hecarim at the time. (muted 15 mins in)

Before this though, all my games i was with a group of genuinely kind and happy people so i ask what the hell happened?

Why do i get the worst of the worst this community has in promo/series games?

something is wrong when i have to send out SEVEN negative attitude reports for 2 games.
