@Riot thanks for keeping communications open
I play other games a lot like WoWS and the one guy that communicated and interacted with the community well and whom they loved just got fired (RIP Gunlion best CM ever Edit: http://forum.worldofwarships.com/index.php?/topic/36996-why-wows-has-better-staff-than-wot/page__pid__944385#entry944385 ohh a riot is starting! Yay, I love Riots, yes pun intended!) I just wanted to say thanks Riot for keeping your communication open with the community so much more so than other games, it's really important to keeping a strong loyal community. One employee should never stand out so much amongst the community for their interaction and communication, and in the case of Riot some are more vocal than others but there are a lot that do interact with the community even though it's very large and hard to keep appeased, so thanks!
Seriously I don't think people appreciate how vocal some Riot employees are even if the forums here move a mile a minute so sometimes it doesn't look like they're as active as they are. When you compare Riots communication to other companies it's pretty amazing.
My only gripe here is I don't think the Help&Support forums should be a thing as it gives people a place to go for help that isn't staffed and where they will feel neglected (unless renamed to community help&support with a sticky thread directing them to the ticket system if needed). This has always also been reflected when you google issues you have with League and are constantly directed to threads that have few or many posts with no answers.
