Free Week Rotation

I had an idea for how to improve the experience of people who don't have a lot of IP

If every free week rotation Riot offered a "free space" where each person gets to chose a champ they can play during that time. This would not only allow people to try out a specific champ they're interested in without having to invest the IP. Not only that it would be really nice for newer players who find a champ on free week but can't afford it yet, they could then get some continuity by continuing to unlock that champ and get experience till they save up enough IP.
