Include a link in the in-client reform cards.

I don't know if this was mentioned when creating the in client reform cards, but they should include a link to the browser reform card, so that when people ask about their case on the boards, they can still easily access their reform card in their browser, and people know that the chat logs weren't altered in any way. I still don't trust copy/pastes because they can easily be altered.
