please bonus to fill players

i'm tired of always getting my secondary choice or to wait to play. i think that just a 20% ip bonus and maybe the same lp bonus for filling would drastically reduce the waiting. the best option would be to give some "fill point" to players that could be spent to pick the role we want. right now it's not even that bad because people are still used to play different roles but the problem is getting bigger because evribody is getting used to just the usual lanes. the first weeks by filling i would get support less than half the time, sometime jungle, sometime adc, sometime even mid. now fill=support and if nobody puts support we have to wait 5 min even if i'm only bronze 1.
