The 6 Tear Build

Can somebody please explain to me what the appeal is to sell your shit and build 6 tears near the end of a game? What, is it a form of silent protest about your team's performance in that game? In my opinion it's just gamethrowing and I'll report it wherever I see it. It's low class and means a person is losing with a complete lack of pride and dignity.
