The Lp system

Is it just me or do i find that when i lose i lose 2x more lp then i gain....... So annoying............. I lose 1 game from 97 Lp and all of a sudden i get back to 70 in 1 game....... Never gotten more then 20 lp in a game before. So frickin annoying, since i lose a lot cause of trolls and bad players this just doesnt work for me, the ranked system sucks........... What do you guys think about it?
