How long does it take to be accepted into the PBE

Hello, a few months ago I signed up for the pbe and still haven't been accepted. How long did other people have to wait and is there a reason to not being allowed into the pbe server? I haven't been banned or chat restricted before, and I was assuming because they only accept high ranked players or long term experienced players more often.

It's pretty random as far as I've seen. They dont email you about it either you just have to keep checking and applying :p
