Hey. I am a level 21 looking for a good jungler champion. I have all the time to save up for any champ with ip and i already have 
for my jungle. I play top and jungle and mid sometimes. I am looking for good jungle champions. Dont bother with 
because I don't like either of them. I considered buying

or Lee Sin 
. Both of these champs are pretty good in the jungle right now, and they are really good both early and late game, it just depends on how you play them and how fast you can learn them.
Have you considered Vi 
? She's my favorite. She's got amazing engage with her Q and R, armor shred and an attack speed buff on her W, a shield on her passive, and blow-through damage on her E. She's got several build paths you can take (Trinity Force, BoRK, Black Cleaver, or even tank builds). SHe's incredibly versatile.
Nautilus is good if you want a tanky jungler, but don't like Sejuani or Amumu. Instead of insta-stun and damage, Nautilus is durable, sustained cc, and relies more on teammates. He's good if you want to learn how to be a pure frontline tank to protect teammates as well as initiate fights.
Vi is also good, since it looks like you're lacking bruisers. You can build her damage, off-tank, glass cannon, whatever the hell you want. She's nice and versatile, but has her weaknesses as well. She's also good for learning to maximize teamfighting utility over assassination (her ult, if you know what I mean. If you think it's only for chasing, you don't realize how devastating it can be).
