News From PBE about the Loot Boxes

so.. i just spent afew hours playing with this... and after Riot 98% reset skins and champions on the PBE ... this is a list of the skins that i could not either purchase out right.. or get from the re-roll feature that gives a permanent random skins.

some skins where not reset on my account and i will list them at the bottom being that they didnt fall under this current data due to situation.

- unchained - rusty - UFO - Victorious - All-star - Captain - Order of the Lotus - Victorious - PAX - Silver - Judgement - Victorious - Challenger - Human - Triumphant - Victorious - Riot Girl - PAX - Grey - URF

here are some champ skins in question because they didnt reset but i feel they are not allowed to be given in the boxes (Basically saying that when they reset the account these are skins that didnt reset.) -King -Victorious -Black -PAX

any questions feel free to ask. also the reset removed the victorious skins of ... unknown why it left the other victorious but happy something still stayed.

I think the skin was the last one i could have randomly received so they will lock one skin out if you have all the others that are available. As well with the champions. basically ... if you need one more champ you cannot use the boxes to unlock him.
