Why does junglers think its always the laners fault?

9 minute into the game and the jungler just hit level 6 and being 0/0/0 while getting 0 objectives. Enemy jungler apply pressure early wins lane for his team and circlejerk just goes like not my job to gank buy wards ur just bad for losing lane 1v1.
