How can i get a skin for my poros?

As the tittle says. I have seen some people toss their poros and it would be a penguin or an astronaut, i was curious where we obtained those at? i cannot find them in the store.

Certain player icons will cause the poros to be decorated like the star guardian poro icon or the battlecast poro icon
