People do not like strong AND safe champions

I can't be the only one noticing this.

No one complains if a champion is just strong. The complaints come in when that strong champion is also too safe to exploit their weaknesses. So... if people hate this so much, and for so long, why is i still an issue?

Current example being Vayne. Weak early game but has tumble and condemn making taking advantage of that weak early phase difficult.

Older Example was Nidalee. Poke from miles away, heal and cougar form pounce every second. Or Zed even.
