Ryze Legendary Skin?

Currently Ryze has no skin that changes his particles/sounds. I love Pirate Ryze's posing when he combos, it looks SO glorious. An arclight skin or a skin with new sounds/particle would be awesome. A legendary skin would be epic considering how old of a champ Ryze is. Or maybe just VU him!
