Why people under plat can't be on the balance team!!!

First facts 1. 92% of NA players are below plat 2. You can't apply for riot balance team unless your plat minimum. 3. Majority of you don't know what OP actually means.

Simple test to see if your a bad player.

1. "Riven needs nerfs!!"- actually she is to weak and needs a slight buff at this point.
2. "Teemo is getting buffed"- actually it's a nerf overall. The top teemo player in NA explained this well.
3. "Vayne is OP!!"- I guess there is no cc in this game/ pinks.
4. "I deserve to be in a higher rank!!!"- N.O. 5." There's an elo hell"-N.O.
