What's the point of reporting when you still end up with the same players?

This system is trash. It pairs you up with people who are supposly on your level, but when you constantly play games with feeders, idiots, trolls, afkers, people who like to argue and won't listen, ect...... how in the hell can you carry yourself out? The fact is you can't. Reporting does nothing at all. Nothing ever happens to these players. But I am expect to win with people who don't listen and would rather argue. People who start battles outnumbered and while half the team is at base. There is no winning at this game.
