LOL ESPORTS Brought to You

I know this is probably something people wonder a lot and I'm here to ask it (orrrrr be very embarrassed when I'm told that there already is an answer). so I heard that official collegiate league of legends teams will be competing in official tournaments. i find this really interesting and i'd LOVE it if the sport was spread to even more colleges. is there a way i could somehow recommend colleges to enter? How would i go about that (if i can)?
