This item is supposed to be like

, but for tanks! I think it would round it out considering that tanks have no real snowballing item.
Let's call it Leviathan, and make it give 15% damage reduction at full stacks!

Turns out this type of item is really obnoxious. You can build mostly damage and still become incredibly hard to kill after you start snowballing.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND it was removed!
