Suggested Feature: Icon Exchange

After looking through some of the icons I have, I was thinking it would be kind of cool to be able to trade them with fellow players (like cards, pins, figures, and other such things that are tradable).

However, certain icons should not be able to be traded (i.e. Ranked icons, gifting RP to a friend - example: Harrowed Puppet, or icons earned by playing events: Mark of the Betrayer). Also, the base 29 icons would not be able to be traded either (to prevent people from having duplicates - we all have them). Further, there should probably be a check to make sure someone can't have more than 1 of the same icon (if there isn't already - some people may really like an icon and want more than one of it).
