lookin for starting stats for fallout 4

im making 2 chars one for surv and one for hardest dif other than surv

im going power armor and heavy guns for the hardest dif since it will be very hard to do the surv with heavy weaps

thinkin of doing a sniper with a robot wotj heavy guns for surv

i am useing mods that i can obtain some starting perks like FNV (fallout new vegas) and 40 starting special points (may disable that one if too game breaking)
