Going to love the new Shen buff

Use to, if you used E, you had only the choice of either Q or W but not both at once. Because of the major power drain.

Uses 120 for E so that's only 80 energy left. Use Q and at most that's at most 30 energy still there and we have to wait for the next 4 seconds to even use our W. Or vice versa.

Now if I used E, I can use my W or Q and just wait a second to cast the other ability.

Casts new 100 E, has 100 left. Uses Q and there is still at most 50 left. (Maybe 45 so there a small wait) Just enough to use W for a nice combo.

Its not OP but it does help him with his power drain. Ty riot.
