How often does this happen?

Where you join an aram and it doesnt show any of the champions and its just a black client, no champs, no nothing, so you dont know what champ you got, you cant select your masteries or runes and then you have to dodge and of course i got a 15 minute penalty for the first dodge ive ever done in months upon months......
