Disconnecting

Im getting really sick and tired of you (RIOT) for placing me in lower priority Ques, Sometimes my ping shoots up to 12-27000. For NOOOOOO reason at all. Im going to start sending you photo's of it. I afk out or can't even reconnect to the game, But why does my internet still work outside of the game? i get steady 60-74 ping all day. Don't know what it is, but im getting really irritated about it.
