So I had just started a game and this message appeared, no other messages appeared and then after the game there wasn't a chat anywhere from "[Riot] Thresh". I haven't been reported recently that I know of I feel like I am a fairly decent person in game, anyone have any clue what this is?

It's just part of the message from the person that typed before it. They put a bunch of spaces and it puts the next stuff on a new line.

Nice I wish Riot could watch some of the games where players actually troll and do something about it have had players just being dicks on and off through-out the game.

on my team just instantly locks, personally upsets me at champion select, no one talks as usual for bot lane champions when someone else asks what is being played for there, and then the game starts, not only did this person be toxic at champion select, but the game starts, the jerk goes Top and throws off the entire team composition, runes and masteries I have specifically set for top, then feeds, makes the game a loss and then players are raging at me for the game going bad when the jerk is just trolling and making others upset.
The same thing happened the next game another player did the same bullshit and threw off the game as well, he calls mid, then goes top and griefs the game
If Riot could start watching champion select chat, and these type of players and at least letting them know that its not allowed to do such I think it would go a long ways.
