Losing Lp due to ban (bullshit)

I recently got banned for negative attitude. Fair dues, I can accept that I broke the rules and deserve punishment, but the ban went through whilst I was in ranked camp select, so I lost Lp when I was booted off the client. Wtf. This is unfair I think and it shouldn't happen.
