Still confused why Rito still has not given out the free champs yet; unless thats just me? Last I checked they said it was coming out on the 1st of July if i remember correctly.

(Riot) You can find the friend discovery feature by clicking the “Add Friends” button in the client’s friends list. Make sure to connect from 11:59 PM PDT on 6/28 through 11:59 PM PDT on 6/29, otherwise you may not receive your Mystery Champion as expected. We plan to ship out the Mystery Champions by 7/1. If you’ve already signed up for the feature, you’ll unlock a Mystery Champion too. If you disconnected previously, reconnect during the time window up above. If you’ve got questions about the feature, we’ve got a FAQ for that.

Alot of people have got there champs/skins... be patient ffs.

Don't worry about not having it yet. As Stated in the stickied post at the top of the Help & Support Boards, the Mystery Champion is still being handed out.

Here is the snippet about the Mystery Champion, and the Requirements for getting it, and the note that the rewards are still being handed out:

Any account level is eligible

You need to have registered your Facebook account to the Friend Discovery feature in your Friends List by June 28th 23:59 PDT, and remain registered for 24 hours. You did not need to have added any friends using this feature to be eligible.

If you have less than 10 champions left un-purchased and therefore are ineligible for a Mystery Champion, then you will be awarded a Mystery Skin instead

This reward is still currently being distributed.

Keep an eye out on that post, they will update it once all the rewards are all handed out. It take a lot of time to send out this many rewards, I expect that they will update that post with more information if they aren't all distributed by the morning.
