Greetings fellow summoners, I want to personally welcome you to the item workshop! (not that I'm that special) XD. Anyways I'd like to start an awesome thread if one hasn't been started yet or contributed to recently.. about.. none other than sharing your amazing item ideas! I want to know how creative the community is and who knows perhaps it'll gain some attention from RIOT themselves. Let's start out with something simple.. call it stupid if you want.. but I think that it's interesting. Call it frosted armor.. Let's say that we build it from glacial shroud, and a giant's belt maybe? stats would be... 475 hp, 40 armor, 300 mana. Unique passive, 15% cdr, so no stacking with lucidity boots. Unique passive: Frosted curse: When attacked by an enemy champion, the attacking champion is slowed by 2% for 1.5 seconds stacking up to 3 times, the third stack lasting for 2 seconds. Unique active: quicksliver without the movement speed boost on a 120 second cool down.. either that or unique active: frosted weapon: slows target champions attack speed by 20% in addition to giving a 25% on hit slow for 3 seconds(the slow lasting for 1.5 seconds). Okay so I feel as though a nice price for this would be 468g for cdr + 1268 for the hp + 600 for the mana +800 for the armor. so the raw stats equal out to 3136. We'll start the total price at 3200. It's a very utility tanky item as you can see. Alright so I'm ready for your feed back! Post ideas of your own as well :) Just try not to be a jerk about ideas if they're bad, and if you think that they're bad then please have an explanation as to why.
