League of Legends Popularity Contest

I am starting a comprehensive popularity contest to find out exactly who is the most popular champion in the League in regards to the characters themselves.

Starting off, the first voting session will last 1 week with all 121 currently existing champs as of 4.17. All participating are encouraged to vote as many times as they want for champions they want to see in the tournament bracket. When voting ends, the top 64 champions will be seeded and placed accordingly into a double elimination tournament bracket. Tiebreakers for the lowest seeds will be determined by a 2nd all pick vote until the top 64 are determined. From then on, each division will be given 24 hours of voting to determine who moves on and who drops to losers bracket. Ties in stage 1 will be determined by an extended voting period, future rounds to be determined by total votes for the champions in a tied matchup.

Hoping this all goes well and looking for support from Riot and the community to spread the word and get as much data as possible to determine the most popular champion in League of Legends.
