Query to a Rioter regarding "Riot pls"

I wasn't really sure where to ask this, so here we are. In your recent blog post you made reference to the possibility of their being advancements to Runeterra's lore in the form of Novella's, Music, Comics etc. The literary content is what interests me most; It combines my two greatest loves in life, writing and gaming. Add that to the seemingly amazing working environment Riot seems to have and you have a recipe for my dream job.

Which brings me down to the crux of the matter; What sort of qualifications and experience do Riot look for to join their lore development team? I'm in my final year of Sixth form but aqcuiring some targets and goals would be nice.
