TIRED of playing with scum!

Please RIOT do something about the people that ruin the game for others. I am getting frustrated with playing with toxic players, feeders, and downright stupid players that only exist in League to give others a hard time. Cant enjoy this game to the fullest because these type of players are becoming more frequent especially when I am trying to climb the ladder. However, I do realize that I should ignore them but with the tribunal gone I feel like I don't want to play this game even though I do enjoy it, but something has to be done to clean up the League community because the negative players in this game are disrupting my joy for the game.
