I think most part of the human personality is acquired by environment. if its true, how to know the kind of peoples? may not be true though
btw I found a solution of my question my self. since the money have universality--so who making the world richer and crushing poverty through the company/product or kind like these are the good person. is this right or wrong? i needs some help
Well, I can guarantee you that money is an absolutely horrible measure of someone's niceness kindness and goodness. Generosity and fighting poverty are good, but neither complete nor foolproof (if they were all there was, someone would game the system).
Other than that, it's actually a very hard question to answer. Look for qualities like generosity, compassion, loyalty, understanding, trustworthy, thoughtful, mature, warm, friendly, unselfish, and honorable. I would say qualities like those are what makes a person "good". I also agree with you that most of a person's personality is acquired by the environment.
