Physical Impact of Tense Games

So, I'll start this off by saying I'm a Soraka Support main. It has frantic moments and close calls, but overall, it's a relaxed role. My secondary is Ahri , which I play both as Support and Mid. When I play in midlane, the pace of the game goes from slow and easy to having to handle 20 different things at a time. Being a Support main, I'm not used to as much pressure as midlane puts on a player.

Generally, my hands and arms will start to shake. Not in a bad way, just the buildup of adrenaline from the faster-paced playstyle needed in midlane. This causes me to miss skillshots a lot. I'm wondering if anyone else encounters this, and how they deal with it to play more effectively.

Music with less than 80 beats per minute. Works for me.
