Dear, Riot

This is why I am quitting your game. You make millions of dollars a year only to ignore the fact that you need East Coast servers. My internet connection is fine with any other server I get on on a regular basis, why isn't it with yours? You punish nobody for verbal abuse, despite the incredible toxic environment that is Bronze solo-queue. You ignore your supporters entirely as we've been asking for east coast servers for years. Nine times out of ten your client is broken and randomly crashes without warning. I love your game, but I wish you gave as much of a shit about your fans as you do the money they support you with.

You don't want to be in bronze solo q then don't place there and if you care enough about your placement then claw your way out like the rest of the bronzies do. From the sounds of your thread it sounds like you're the toxic one.

Over the past few months my league client has vastly improved, went from 120-ish ping down to 70-80ish ping. They are working on it.

They do punish people for verbal abuse they go through a series of chat restrictions and if they keep it up they do get banned, happened to a friend of mine the most toxic person I've ever played with.
