Arguments like "He needs buffs cz he has a low play/winrate" doesn't mean anything

....if you can't explain why this champion was like this in the first place.

Keep this in mind before trying to argue in a thread which relates to "Riven needs nerfs" or w/e.

P.S. If you're the type of guy who instead uses someone's elo as an argument, then your presence in that thread is nothing but a hindrance.
