Remove ranks altogether

I'm gold V, but am stuck in ELO hell. My MMR is considered a Silver 2/3. I reached to Gold 1 but decayed to Gold V and have been winning/losing back and forth.

If my rank doesn't implicate that I am actually playing against my rank, why not just remove it all together.

Or remove the LP system and just base your rank by your MMR.
