Since we might have skins that we don't like at all we should be able to trade skins with other summoners. This should be a feature since we already gave you the money for them, you wouldn't be losing any money and we would all be able to use skins we want to use.
No bdcause it loses them money by not having a skin be bought multiple times. Also the uber rare skins could then actually be traded and sold for a shit ton of cash, which Riot does not endorse.
Riot would lose very small amounts of money. Won't happen. Or if it does, it will have harsh limitations on it for free players, similar to hextech.
